Terms & Conditions

a. Production (Sound & Lighting System) to be provided by Suzie Q.

b. Musicians to arrive one hour prior to the performance for set up, unless pre-arranged (see
section (c) below).

c. If required, our main back-line equipment (P.A, Drums and Amps) can be set up by 3
members of the band before your meal starts (between 4pm and 6pm). An additional fee of
€350 applies. This must be agreed at the early stages of booking and can NOT be added at a
later date. Please confirm that this complies with venue’s terms and conditions. Otherwise, our
equipment will be set-up after your meal and when the speeches are finished. Please note – this
takes approx. 45 minutes and will not cause any major disruption to your event.

d. Stage area of approx. 5 x 3 metres required, with at least 4 power points (13Amp).

e. Please check that there is vehicular access to the function room/area to allow efficient
loading/unloading of band equipment.

f. A €250 deposit is required, together with this completed form to confirm the booking.

g. Payment for the balance to be made in CASH on the day, BEFORE the performance
commences.

h. Small ‘Suzie Q’ branding materials may be used on stage at the event by the band.

i. Suzie Q will be in touch with the client 4 weeks prior to the date of the event to re-confirm all
the above and confirm the first dance request. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the band of
the chosen first dance song by the date given. After this date, the band will no longer be able to
learn the first dance song resulting in the original song recording being played through the P.A
System. Your first dance must be 1 song only. We do not learn medleys of different songs.

j. When the client has selected a first dance song, the band will review it as a team and confirm
within 5 days if the song is suitable for a live performance. Please note, not every song can be
reproduced in a live environment, in this case, we will recommend playing the original recording
through the P.A system. If you are unsure what kind of song to pick please email
info@suzieqireland.com for assistance.

k. For insurance reasons, no member of the wedding party will be allowed on stage before,
during or after the band’s performance. Suzie Q are not obliged to share their instruments with
anyone attending the event.

l. Suzie Q do NOT provide a DJ service.
